P.E.A.C.E is our keynote blend and as such it is dedicated to the realest that was, is, and is to come. P.E.A.C.E is an acronym that we made from various texts from antiquity to honor the Prince of Peace. We encourage the curious and brand loyalist to decipher the code or reach out for the answer. This is an award-winning medium roast that was developed for espresso with the intention to minimize oil on the bean to provide balance and enhance the fruit flavor and lively acidity. However, you don’t need an espresso machine to enjoy this peak blend. It is versatile and can be enjoyed as a pour over, drip, or your favorite home brew method. Peace, peace y’all.
